Visit the reseller page for complete details. Basically it involves a short (5 minute) sign-up page with ClickBank.com so they know where to send your commission check. Then you download one of my banners and put it on your site with a special link to my site. That's it! Oh yea, I do ask for your name and e-mail address so that I can update you with changes to the program.
ClickBank is a company that specializes in managing affiliate programs. They handle all of the details of the Mortgage Minder affiliate program including processing the orders (for a fee of course). But it's worth it, because then I don't have to be concerned about getting a merchant account to accept credit cards on-line, or worry about tracking resellers and how many sales they have made. Why reinvent the wheel? These guys do this every day, and their rates are pretty reasonable. It also provides an unbiased third party to make you comfortable that I am not ripping you off. For example, if you send me 500 people and 50 of them make a purchase, how do you know that, unless I tell you. And if I wanted to be deceptive, I could tell you that you only made 20 sales. I wouldn't do that, but I feel better knowing a third party is in charge, that way there can never be any doubt in your mind that the sales figures are correct. ClickBank makes the same amount from every sale no matter who generates it.
No, ClickBank processes all orders for the Mortgage Minder reseller program. All you have to do is promote the product and point the customer to my site where they can order it.
All technical support will be handled by me via e-mail.
There is currently no charge to join the program, however I do ask that you only join if you are serious about promoting the product in a positive way.
This is a tough question. It really depends on how much traffic you have coming to your site and how interested those visitors are in saving money on their mortgage. If your site is primarily geared towards video games, and most of your visitors are teenagers, then you probably won't generate a lot of traffic to may site which means you won't make a lot of sales. On the other hand if you run a site that deals with real-estate or mortgage related services or goods, your visitors are likely to be very interest in what a tool like Mortgage Minder can do for them. It really depends on your site content, traffic, how you advertise it on your site, etc. For every sale that you generate, you will receive $10.55. That is based on a $24.00 sale price minus the 2.90 ClcikBank processing charge. That's 50% of the profits!
Please review the ClickBank.com "Paycheck Policy", specifically the section titled "Payment on Referred Sales" for the latest information. I do not handle the payments, ClickBank handles paying you and me for our efforts.
You can create a whole site to promote the product if you like. The only thing that I ask is that you let me view it BEFORE it goes on-line. You may not distribute any key codes (demo or otherwise) and you must make it clear that your site is a promotional site and provide a link to my site. This way the customer understands our relationship, you are promoting the product, and I am supporting it. Also, please do not make claims that are not 100% true or try to trick the customer in any way. This will hurt both of us in the long run. You may NOT advertise Mortgage Minder in unsolicited e-mail, however, if you have a current mailing or newsletter that goes out to your customers regularly, then you may include a sales pitch there. I can't possibly tell you everything you can and can't do with it here, so if in doubt, e-mail me and we can discuss it. Basically, I want us both to make a lot sales, but I want to do it while maintaining the respect of our customers. Click here for more details and some ideas of how to promote Mortgage Minder on your site. Also, if you have ideas or suggestions you would like to share, please feel free to e-mail me.
No, I retain all rights to Mortgage Minder for Windows and all associated literature and support material including this web site and this reseller program. .
Then we give them a refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This is a policy I have always believed in. If you send me a customer that buys Mortgage Minder and then they decide they want a refund, then we both lose our commission for that sale. Again, ClickBank handles this for us. I have been selling Mortgage Minder for over three years now and after almost 1000 sales, I have only had to refund 6, so it is not something that happens everyday. I think having a quality product combined with not misleading the customer from the beginning minimizes refund requests.
