I understand that by becoming a Mortgage Minder beta tester that I will be using new, untested software which may crash my computer. I will not hold the author (Chuck Warrix) responsible for anything that happens while testing Mortgage Minder or Mortgage Minder SE.

I haven't had any real problems like this yet but I have to warn you about what could happen.
